Hurricane Hermine Evacuees

  1. Are they earthworms? So does evacuees mean they are still alive? Ewwww!! Sometimes that happens in our grass with heavy rainfall, but we've never had them in the house. Good luck with that!

  2. I used to rescue earthworms after rain storms. Glad you're able to help them out however you can. :)

  3. I said before that I didn't have any evacuees here, but I was so wrong. We had a teeny tiny snake on our porch this morning. Ew.

  6. Poor wormies. We get lots of worms in our garage in Iowa after a heavy rain. If they're still alive, I try to move them to the lawn because they are good for the soil. I'm ok with worms, but a snake - eek!

  7. Could be worse - they could be scorpions!
