That... cannot be safe. Also, it cannot be a wordless Wednesday pic bexause I need DETAILS!!!!!
I've been on a ladder all last week and all day yesterday sealing windows and replacing 50 feet of screens on the back porch. So I know all about dangle and teeter. But I tell you, whatever crazy man is fix’in to climb that thing has got more macho than me.I like the new look of your blog.
There is something both awesome.....and very wrong with that picture. I'm not sure which one wins out but, let's go with awesome, ha.Love the new look of you're blog, its........refreshing.
WHAT?!? What's going on there? That looks dangerous. And also like there's a great story to go with it. Spill, lady!
There is nothing else to say, but "Dear God."
Actually, it was at our house where we were having the outside painted. One challenge was going to be replacing a few boards and painting around the chimney on a very steep roof.We came home one day and saw this and thought "OMG, is our insurance up to date?" The next day there weren't any body parts lying around and the chimney was painted so I guess it worked out OK. We showed the pictures to our neighbor who happens to be the fire chief and goes to church with this guy. He laughed and said "Well, he didn't fall did he?". He said he had done as much as he could to stabilize the whole thing, stakes in the ground tying it together, etc.Still, you wouldn't catch me up there.
To Dawns Dad:That's funny. I've gotta say the first thing I thought of when I saw the pic was that this is obviously the work of a professional.... ;)
My cousin's Uncle Nicky fell off the roof, crawled in to the house, climbed on the couch went to sleep and never woke up.
