Taking care of the ta-tas…

I don’t have a blog prepared this morning because I am going for my mammogram. I go every year without fail. I don’t like it, and I’m sure there aren’t many of us gals who do. However, it is an important health screening that we should not miss. So I’m having mine today.

I would like to remind all my blogger gals, not you Ron (or you either, Hulk, if you’ve dropped by), to schedule your mammogram, if you haven’t done so already.

Before you go make that phone call, why don’t you give another woman a free mammogram by clicking on the little pink ribbon over there on the right? Just a click, that’s all it takes. No buying anything or even signing up. Just click.

Saving the ta-tas, one click at a time.

  1. I clicked. That was fun! Good luck getting squished!

  2. Wanted to say thanks so much for the great comment you left for me and thanks for hopping over from Meg's blog.

I love hearing from other military moms - it definitely makes me feel less alone.

CJ leaves Sunday and I am still not ready for it. Guess a mom is never truly ready to send their kiddo to war, huh?

Btw...I turn 40 in 14 days and have my 1st ever boob squishing scheduled for the very next day!!

    Hallie :)

  3. Good luck, Dawn! My annual's on Friday. Yippee.

  4. I clicked because every woman should have that yearly, I am a firm believer. My Mom had Breast Cancer, not fun.

  5. I clicked.

I have fibrocystic breast tissue, so I get to go get squished every year. Then they find something. Then I get an ultrasound. Then they decide it's all the fibrocystic nonsense. I try to get them to just go straight to the ultrasound, but every durn time...I think those mammogram people get a kick out of squishing. Thanks for the reminder!
