Not so wordless Wednesday…

So, guess what? I flew over the North Pole!

Most people think the planes fly sideways across the map. I admit, I did, too. But the world is not flat, like you see on the map, it’s round. So sometimes they fly over the top.

It happened to be daylight for my whole trip back from Abu Dhabi. I’m so glad it was, otherwise I would have missed this:

Because of the holidays, there’s a “No Fly Zone” over Santa’s workshop. It might have something to do with the reindeer practicing their take-offs and landings. Otherwise, we would totally have pictures of elves!

It’s alright, though, we were close enough for this Christmas lover.

I know, I am way too wordy to have Wordless Wednesdays.
